9 Tips for your best home practice:

  1. Minimize distractions. Don't have your cell phone or to-do list nearby.

  2. Prepare your space for success. Keep it as tidy as possible and make it feel inviting.

  3. Make sure your computer or device is charged and easy to see if needed.

  4. Consider using a bluetooth speaker to improve the audio quality.

  5. Sign in a few minutes early and give yourself a moment to settle in.

  6. Keep your video on so I can offer variations and keep you accountable.

  7. Speaking of accountable, stay for the entire class. Do not skip savasana! Please.

  8. Empower yourself by modifying as needed and don't over do anything.

  9. Setup a good weekly cadence for your yoga practice and commit to it.
