CLASSES

I have intentionally set up this cadence of weekly public classes, each a well rounded practice with a particular emphasis, to serve your whole expression. That means physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Each practice session strives to offer a full spectrum of tools & techniques from the yogic traditions to create a sanctuary of healing and celebration as we learn how to relate more kindly with ourself, others and the magnificent world around us.

Finding the Earth

Tuesdays we honor what supports us, strengthening our connection down into the ground so we can rise up. Expect to build stability with the legs & arms.

Thursdays emphasis is on integrating front, back and side body to find an integrated, wholistic body center that we can then ripple out from as we engage with life.

Unlocking the Heart's Courage

Saturday morning's sadhana is spacious and flowing as we explore ways to soften the walls we build up, creating space to open the heart and reveal how kind we can be.

Deep Flow and Release

Sunday's are all about setting down the whole week and preparing mind, body & spirit for an inspired, creative week ahead. Expect lots of hip work and a nourishing slow flow.
