ABOUT THE RETREAT...

Join us for a daylong retreat at Muir Beach, just a half an hour from San Francisco and in our new backyard! This magical day will include two extended yoga practices - a mix of Vinyasa in the morning & Restorative in the afternoon - plus a beautiful chef-curated Ayurvedic meal and time together in nature (optional guided hike and beach walk).

 

This will be a wonderful opportunity for you to have a dedicated day to deepen your personal practice, reconnect to nature and engage with a group of like-minded individuals through intentional conversations, meals, nature time and the practice. We highly encourage participants to also consider making this a device-free day, unplugging to be fully present for the experience.

ABOUT THE CHEF...

Ryan Baker is an exceptional chef and yoga teacher based in San Francisco. Originally trained in fine dining kitchens, he developed a passion for Ayurveda and yogic cooking after living in an ashram in California.

Ryan’s food is fresh, light, and playful. And just like some of his favorite jazz musicians, his food is highly improvised, and rarely based on recipes. He utilizes the seasons in order to cook with the freshest ingredients and sees part of his life’s dharma as serving and nourishing others through food.

THE FULL SCHEDULE

Schedule:

  • Sunday: June 2

  • 9:30-9:45 am Arrival 

  • 10:00-12:00 Morning Sadhana (Yoga Practice)

  • 12:30-1:30 pm Chef curated Ayurvedic Meal

  • 1:30-3:30 Nature Time (solo time or guided hike / beach walk)

  • 3:30-5:30 Afternoon Sadhana & Closing

 

Logistics:

  • Cost - $195

  • Includes two yoga practices with Lauren & Nat and an ayurvedic meal prepared by a private chef

  • You are responsible for getting yourself to and from the retreat, but we can help coordinate carpools

  • Please provide your own mats and any props that you use in your practice (blocks, blanket and strap are recommended). You can use this link to purchase props with a discount.
