We will be coordinating group pick ups from Cagliari Airport (CAG). The villa is 40 minutes from the airport.

Check in on September 26 is at 3pm, so please arrive to CAG Airport no later than 1pm that day. We recommend spending a night or two there before the retreat to acclimate and explore the historic sites. We will confirm exact pick up time from the airport as we get closer to the retreat. Check out on October 2 is 10am. The shuttle will bring the group to the airport, so best to book flights after 1pm that day if flying out on the 2nd. Private shuttles to other areas are available for 130 euro each way, should that be necessary.

The villas are located about 40 minutes from Cagliari Airport in Torre Delle Stelle (Maracalagonis), Sardinia, Italy. It is a beachfront property surrounded by beautiful hiking trails and offers plenty of space to both relax and explore the area.

We will have an opening circle at 4:30PM on arrival day.

Farewells will take place at 10:00AM on the day of departure.

Mornings will begin with a spacious outdoor yoga practice followed by a hearty brunch (fruit, coffee and tea will be available before practice each morning). Afternoons will be a mix of down time to relax/explore and scheduled activities such as a pasta making class, massages and the boat tour, for those that wish to join for that. We will practice most afternoons prior to dinner, with the exception of one day where you’ll have the majority of the day off. Dinner will be served around 7pm each evening.

Exact timing will be shared as we get closer to the retreat start date.

The deposit is non-refundable to hold your space. There are no exceptions or transfers.

If you decide to cancel after making the total final payment, all payments are non-refundable. However, if we are able to fill your spot we may be able to reimburse the total payment minus a service fee of €250. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, please let us know as early as possible and we will do our best to help fill your space and get you a refund.

Travel Insurance Recommended

In the event of cancellation at any time, for any reason, and by any party, Nat Kendall Yoga WILL NOT be held responsible for refund of airline tickets, ticket change fees or other travel expenses. For these reasons we encourage you to purchase travel insurance to protect your investment.

Locally sourced, mostly vegetarian meals with produce directly from the land. Fish and animal protein available on select evenings by request. Dinner will be family style.

We’ll send out a detailed packing list as time gets closer. In general, plan to bring comfortable clothing for yoga, swimsuits, and warm weather in the Mediterranean! Yoga mats and props will be provided.

The Villa Belle Etoile is seafront and La Petite Etoile is less than a couple minutes from the beach.

No - most activities are walking distance and transportation from the airport is included. However, renting a car is easy and you may want to explore other parts of the island before or after the retreat.

September in Sardinia offers pleasant, warm weather perfect for enjoying the end of summer conditions. Lows around 60° and highs around 80°.

No, unless you prefer to do so. We have Manduka mats so no need to have that extra weight during your trip.

It's always good to be familiarized with yoga before coming however it's not necessary to have previous experience to join a retreat. If you are starting your yoga journey, you will be amazed by how much you can learn in such a short amount of time.

Yes! It is very common for people to attend on their own. The retreat is a great opportunity to connect deeper with yourself and also make new friends.
