About the Event
Join us on January 1st for a daylong retreat near Muir Beach, just a half an hour from San Francisco and start the new year off with intention. This will be a magical day at the ocean's edge including two extended yoga practices - a mix of Vinyasa in the morning and a slower, nourishing practice in the afternoon - plus a beautiful, chef-curated, farm to table meal. You'll also have ample time for a coastal hike, exploring the tide pools or quiet solo time to take in the scenic views.
This will be a replenishing day for mind, body & soul. A wonderful opportunity to deepen your personal practice, reconnect to nature and engage with a group of like-minded individuals through intentional conversations, meals, nature time and the practice.
