About the Event
The class is very popular, and it is a good idea to arrive by 6 pm.
The class begins with a brief reflection, usually offered by the Rev. Jude Harmon, Director of Innovative Ministries or by the dean, Malcolm Young (formally the Very Rev. Dr. Malcolm Clemens Young, but just call him Malcolm.) The class is led by well-known San Francisco yoga teacher and author Darren Main.
The class is free, but a $10-$20 donation is suggested. If you can give more, that will help us offer yoga to someone who has less. If you can’t afford to donate, we welcome you all the same. Donation boxes are located at cathedral entrances; your donations support the teacher, musicians and the cathedral.
