About the Event
This 5 day series will give you a comprehensive journey into the world of yoga to make it a vibrant, healthy part of your life! No previous experience needed. Learn all about the breath, poses, meditation, terminology and more to feel ready for any class setting. Yoga supports our physical, mental and emotional well-being, plus our relationships, careers, creativity and beyond. A regular practice helps us stay joyful, balanced and focused amidst our busy lives!
In this 5 day workshop series you’ll get the necessary skills to feel safe, to be efficient and effective, and to easily stay committed. You’ll have the accountability of group discussions and continued support from your teacher, Nat Kendall. In addition, receive three recorded video practices that you can use to practice at any time!
*Suitable for all levels. Please have a pen, notebook and mat. Sessions will be held via Zoom, have a device capable of accessing with video and audio. Workshop recordings will be available if you cannot make the live sessions.
We will explore:
- Explaining the language of yoga to make it accessible & fun
- Safe yoga sequences for different times of day: morning, afternoon & evening
- Pranayama (breath practices) for different needs
- Guidance on establishing a consistent meditation practice
- Discussions on the guiding principles of yoga as a lifestyle
