Earth to Sky // Chakra Workshop at Haum SF

In this chakra workshop we’ll explore how to cultivate a more grounded, expressive and powerful way of being; investigating ways to nurture and develop deeper alignment in our lives – energetically, physically and emotionally. Learn how to harness the vibrancy of the chakra system to stand in your power, lead from the heart space and relate to the world with clarity and discernment.

Are you ready to feel more connected and aligned with your own divinity? In this workshop we’ll use asana and breath, guided meditation, chanting of bija mantras (sound syllables representing each chakra) + conversations and journaling prompts to align to our higher self, each other and the world at large. Please bring a journal, something to write with and be ready for a short asana practice.
