About the Event
What keeps you from stepping into the fullness of your life and your most alive self? Kleśa is a Sanskrit word that translates as poison or affliction. Kleśas are specific negative mental patterns that obscure our true nature and keep us stuck in old habits. In this workshop we’ll explore the five kleśas from Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra to identify the obstacles and blockages that cloud our potential for awakening to our fullest experience.
Through asana, group discussion, journaling and mantra we’ll dive into these areas of stuck energy and find ways to shift how we perceive the ‘obstacles’ on our own, unique path -- using them as instruments of change on our great journey home.
