This class at Grace Cathedral will be a very special celebration since Nat's new album, Shiva Bliss, comes out on the 28th. Every Tuesday hundreds of yogis join at Grace Cathedral to practice yoga to live music.
The class begins with a brief reflection, usually offered by the Rev. Jude Harmon, Director of Innovative Ministries or by the dean, Malcolm Young (formally the Very Rev. Dr. Malcolm Clemens Young, but just call him Malcolm.) The class is led by well-known San Francisco yoga teacher and author Darren Main.
