ABOUT NAT KENDALL
San Francisco-based yoga teacher and world music recording artist Nat Kendall brings a deep well of wisdom and devotion to his practice, offering teachings that resonate with both beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. Rooted in authenticity and grounded in compassion, Nat’s guidance seamlessly bridges ancient yogic traditions with modern life. Through practical tools, transformative techniques, and profound insights, he inspires growth, reawakens passion for the practice, and illuminates the spiritual path with clarity and grace.

Nat first found the practice of non-violent communication 15 years ago through the recordings and writings of Marshall Rosenberg, the founder of NVC. This framework sparked a deep curiosity about the crossover between yoga and the art of relationship through clear, compassionate communication.

When not sharing the practice of yoga and mindfulness, Nat can be found in the Marin Headlands where he resides and spends his time surfing, mountain biking or taking in the natural beauty.

THE EXPERIENCE
Through an integrated approach of yoga asana, pranayama, philosophy, guided group dialogue and diad practices, you'll discover how presence on the mat naturally evolves into more authentic and empathic ways of relating to conflict in daily life.

Workshops will be held over three sequential Saturdays, 1-4PM in SF.

LEARN, PRACTICE, TRANSFORM
In this intimate series, you'll gain practical tools for navigating both personal and interpersonal challenges while deepening your understanding of the mind-body connection. There will be ample time to practice and apply these skills in each session. Whether you're seeking to resolve internal conflicts, or heal important relationships, this innovative approach begins with self-awareness and extends naturally into all other dimensions of your life. Join us for a journey where inner work and outer expression become one.

“What I want in my life is compassion, a flow between myself and others based on a mutual giving from the heart.”
